Got a basil plant and not sure what to make?

Make pesto! It is delicious and easy and stores well. 

Utensils and equipment needed: Blender, Spoons, Scale. 
Ingredients:

- Fresh Basil          - Olive Oil         - Parmigiano Reggiano cheese         - Salt

- Garlic                  - Nuts (Any or a mix of : Pine, Cashew, Walnut, Almonds)

Optional Ingredients:         - Freshly ground pepper         - Lemon 

Prep time: 15-20 mins
Note: I am slow in the kitchen so my cooking time is longer than most. ​​​
